Floor Truss (4×2) systems:

We have invested in machinery that allows us to manufacture floor trusses for nearly any application; commercial, residential, or agricultural. Our depths are 12 through 24 inches with clear spans of up to 40 ft available. We design your floor so that you get more open space in the area below it. Fewer support walls and beams gives you more options on what to do with your space. Longer clear spans mean room for that pool table or recreation area! In addition, we can design your floor so that all of your services run THROUGH the trusses eliminating ceiling drops around ducting. Our floors also make it easier for running electrical, plumbing, etc. because the open web design allows your services to be run through the trusses without having to drill or cut holes in joists.

When we design and manufacture your floor system, we customize it to your needs. The trusses come to your site ready to install. No cutting, no blocking, and best of all, you don’t need rim-board. Our custom made floor systems eliminate much of the on-site labour associated with conventional joist floors.

We work with you and your framers to achieve the look you desire when doing residential projects. We are with you all the way, from doing the initial truss layout for your building permit application, all the way through to delivery and crane service.

Multi-Family:

Sun Truss (2004) Ltd. has a great deal of experience with multi family building. We believe that providing you with quality trusses and designs that match the desired look of the building is critical. On time delivery is one of our key services, so with Sun Truss (2004) Ltd. you are going to get what you want, when you want it. Your schedule is what we deliver to.

Commercial:

Sun Truss (2004) Ltd. builds and designs trusses for commercial buildings as well. We have done many warehouses and retail buildings over the years.

Agricultural:

Sun Truss (2004) Ltd. can construct trusses up to 60 ft clear span for agricultural applications. We have done many projects along these lines ranging from poultry barns, to mushroom facilities, to riding arenas to machinery storage areas. Crane Service:

Sun Truss (2004) Ltd. has its own truck and crane so there are no “surprises” related to extra charges for crane service when we are delivering your floor or roof system. We make sure we give you adequate time to land your trusses, and that is all part of our service to you.

Our crane is a 65 ft stiff boom, and our truck and trailers are in top condition all the time to ensure there are no delays on your job site. Our service commitment is shown by the fact that the owner of the company is the person who is going to be delivering your product. We will do everything possible to ensure a smooth delivery and that your trusses are where you want them.

Some sites are not accessible with a crane truck and for these deliveries we have a flat deck truck and a gooseneck trailer. We can deliver trusses up to 36 ft long with this combination. We also generally deliver wall girders with our flat deck.

In cases where a larger crane is required Sun Truss (2004) Ltd. can assist by arranging a larger crane truck to place your trusses.
